The Age of AI CEOs Has Begun

The real danger isn’t AI but not knowing how to use it

Since ChatGPT is part of the daily life of many professionals, hysteria has been unleashed on the Internet.

Many think that we will soon stop thinking. ChatGPT will do for us.

That standpoint is simply crazy. It reveals a profound incomprehension of what generative AI is.

A metaphor will help.

The CEO’s metaphor

Think of the CEOs of big companies. They certainly don’t write the emails or keep the company’s accounts: would you say that their employees make them stupid?

Or, would you say that those who move with the driver are no longer able to drive a car? Or to walk?

Those are just a couple of examples where smart (not stupid at all) people delegate tasks to free their minds for decision-making.

ChatGPT is like secretaries, accounting teams, and drivers. It allows our minds to focus on creative activities instead of being stuck with repetitive and low-value, even if necessary, stuff.
